Asset Development Programs

Saving Our Cents: Saving Our Cents is a program where participants save monthly in an Individual Development Account (IDA) for up to four years. Their accumulated savings is matched at withdrawal on a 2:1 basis with federal and private funds and may be used for purchasing a first home, starting a small business or paying for secondary education.
