1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: Red River Community Action Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 AM (CT) on 4/5/2024 and ends at 8:00 AM (CT) on 5/15/24.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the following North Dakota counties: Grand Forks, Nelson, Pembina, and Walsh who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Red River Valley Community Action and their family members or agency board of directors are not eligible to win.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, go to www.rrvca.com and click on the “Subscribe to our Mailing List” tab on the right side of the page to subscribe to the mailing list. Once you have subscribed, you can visit our Facebook page to like and share the sweepstakes post for an extra entry.
4. CURRENT SUBSCRIBERS: Individuals who are already subscribers are automatically entered into the sweepstakes and can visit our Facebook page to like and share the sweepstakes post for an extra entry.
5. PRIZE: The winner will get their choice of an air conditioner (window or portable unit) or a $250 Hugo’s gift card. The winner will be chosen in a random drawing.
6. PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified by email and will have 5 days to respond. If the potential winner does not respond, an alternate winner will be drawn. The winner will be required to show proof of residency/eligibility.
