History
Over 1,000 agencies across the country are working every day to create opportunities and transform the lives of their neighbors making communities stronger and helping families across the US thrive.
Since 1976, Red River Valley Community Action (RRVCA), a proud member of the Community Action Network, has been helping families throughout Grand Forks, Nelson, Pembina and Walsh counties achieve economic self-sufficiency through a provision of programs, services, and community building.
